機器の操作面を見やすくするための支持足です。使用しないときは、アームを後方へ回転収納できる構造で、アームは前後ともにストップ機構があります。また、TM-175単品にてゴム足としてもご利用ください。

It is a support foot to have better visibility of operation panel of a device.
The arm can be retracted behind while the device is not in use. Also stopper mechanism for both front and back sides is included. TM-175 can be used as a rubber foot solely.
