VHB™ products are acrylic foam joining products consist of soft and tenacious acrylic foam as backing material and adhesives with excellent durability and chemical resistance ability on both sides. They show very strong adhesion on various industrial materials.

1. テープを貼り合せる材料（被着体）表面の油分、水分、埃や汚れを除去して下さい。
2. テープ本来の性能を発揮させるためには、十分な圧着及び養生をお願いします。推奨圧着荷重はプレス又はローラー等の治具によりテープ1cm2当り50N（約5kgf）以上の圧力を加えて接着してください。推奨養生期間は室温で72時間以上です。
3. 低温下での接着は十分な接着力が発現しない恐れがありますので、15℃以上での環境下で作業されることをお勧めします。また、冬季の作業で冷えている製品及び被着体を屋内に持ち込む場合は結露には十分注意してください。
4. 接着しにくい被着体に対しては、専用プライマーにより密着性を向上することができる場合がありますので、ご相談下さい。
5. 保管は直射日光を避けた室内でお願いします。本製品は耐久性の高い材料で構成されていますが、なるべく高温、高湿な環境を避けて保管してください。推奨保管環境は温度30℃以下、湿度70%以下です。

1. Clean up oil and water dust on the adherend before bonding.
2. For the tape performance, make sure to crimp and cure enough. The recommended crimping load is over 50N （Approx. 5Kgf） per 1cm2 of tape, and the recommended curing period is 72 hours or more at the room temperature. Please adhere with the pressure of the above load.
3.The recommended work temperature is 15 degree or more since the adhesion deterioration could be considered at the low temperature environment.
Please pay enough attention especially in winter,since it might cause condensation.
4.If the adherend were difficult to adhere,we could prepare the primer. Please feel free to contact us.
5.Please keep it inside with avoiding direct sunlight. We recommend you to avoid the high humidity/temperature environment although it was constructed with materials that has high durability. The recommended environment is under 30 degree （temperature） , and under 70% （humidity） .
