特長
鉄、アルミ、ステンレス、FRP等の接着性に優れた2液主剤・変性アクリレート系の構造用接着剤です。常温で硬化し、作業性がよく、耐衝撃性、剥離強度にすぐれており、同時にシール効果の確保も可能です。接着工法への切り換えによって、従来の溶接工法に比べ、歪み取りなどの仕上げ工程の短縮や、コストの削減が可能です。
Characteristic
A structural two-part type modified acrylate adhesive which has excellent adhesiveness on steel, aluminum, stainless steel, FRP and so on. It cures at room temperature to have a good workability. And it has also excellent performances on shock-resistance and peel-off strength to hold a shielding effect. Laborsaving on finishing process, such as stress relief, and cost reducing compare to ordinary welding method can be made with this adhesion method.

注意事項
1. 接着面の調整
・被着体の接着面の錆、汚れをサンドペーパー等で落してください。
・ 油は布等で拭き取ってください。
2. 接着作業
・A剤・B剤の割合は、体積で約1:1になるように接着面に重ねて塗布し、素早く混合、接着してください。
・塗布は、接着部全体に広がるようにしてください。
※目安として1m2あたり約200gとしてください（凹凸のない平滑の場合）。
・接着後は固定し、固着時間までは動かさないでください。
※接着工程以後、被着体が焼付け塗装などの熱履歴を受ける場合、被着体材料の鋼板原板の表面処理の種類により、接着強度の低下を起こすことがありますので、確認してからご使用ください。特に、メッキ鋼板にご使用する際には注意してください。
3. 接着剤は消防法の危険物に該当しますので、火気厳禁及び換気に注意してください。万一、火災が発生した場合には、泡消火剤、粉末消火剤、ハロゲン化物消火剤又は乾燥砂を使用して消火してください。水の使用は、火災を拡大し危険な場合があります。
4. 多量に混合すると激しい発熱が生じますので行わないでください。
5. 保護眼鏡・保護手袋・必要に応じて有機ガス用マスクを着用してください。
6. 臭気で気分が悪くなった場合、通風のよい所で安静にし、必要により医師の手当てを受けてください。
7. かぶれの恐れがありますので、皮膚や衣服に付かないようにしてください。付いたときにはすぐに拭き取り石鹸と水でよく洗ってください。また異常を感じたら速やかに医師の診察を受けてください。
8. 目に入れたり、飲んだりしないでください。誤って目に入った場合は、15分以上流水で洗浄し医師の手当を受けてください。また誤飲した場合は、水でよく口の中を洗浄し医師の手当を受けてください。
9. こぼした場合には、布切れで拭き取るか、砂等に吸い取らせて公的に認可された産業廃棄物業者に委託し、廃棄してください。
10. 接着剤は湿気や水分との接触を避け、乾燥した冷暗所に保存してください。
11. 空容器及び余った場合は公的に認可された産業廃棄物業者に委託し、廃棄してください。
12. 接合部の剥離によって人身事故が発生する恐れがある場合は、必ず溶接やボルト等機械的なバックアップを取ってください。
13. 保証期間は出荷日ラベル記載の出荷日より約3ヶ月（20℃以下）

Note
1. Surface Preparation
・Rust or dirt should be removed from the adhesive substrate by means of sandpaper, etc.
・Grease on the surface should be wiped off.
2. Bonding Process
・Agent A and agent B should be put on substrate overlaid one to the other with the amount of 1:1 on volume basis. Then, those two agents should be mixed as quickly as possible before substrates are put together. Agents should be placed all over the substrate.
※ The reference amount is approx. 200g/ m2 for rather flat substrate. Fix and hold them still for the curing time, after substrates are put together.
※ If the subject is planed to get some heat treatment, such as baking, adhesive strength may be reduced depending on type of surface treatment for the steel plate. It should be checked first. Especially, it should be carefully to check if the substrate is made of galvanized sheet iron.
3. Since the adhesive is designated as a hazardous material under the Fire Defense Law, please pay attention to fire and air ventilation. In case of fire, please don't apply water but apply the others such as powder or carbonic acid gas extinguisher.
4. Do not mix two agents too much because it would cause an excess heat generation.
5. Safety glasses, gloves, and a mask for organic gases on requirement basis shall be put on.
6. If you feel sick with it odor, go to well-ventilated area and get some rest, and see your doctor if you needed.
7. If you touch the adhesive or if the adhesive get on your clothes, you should wash it out or you may get a rash. In case you get a rash, see your doctor for proper treatment.
8. Should not put it into eyes or mouths.
In case of putting it into your eyes, wash your eyes for more than 15 minutes and see a doctor. In case of putting it into your mouth, wash your mouth well and see a doctor.
9. In case of spilling it out, wipe the adhesive off by a piece of cloth or be absorbed by sand, and discard them by entrusting to the industrial waste disposal operator.
10. Keep the agent in a dried, cool and dark storage, avoiding moisture or humidity.
11. Container or the left over shall be treated by the industrial waste disposal operator.
12. Mechanical backing up such as welding or bolt fastening, should be made if there were possibility of causing the personal injury accident by peeling off of the joint.
13. After shipping date on the shipping date label:
Approx. 3 months, at 20℃ and less.
Approx. 2 months, at 30℃ and less.
